By engaging Habitat Creative Sydney, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Scheduling

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. After-hours bookings may incur fees (except scheduled dusk shoots). Travel beyond 50km from Sydney CBD may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellations

Same-day cancellations incur a $175 fee. We may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Turnaround

Photography: 24 hours. Video: 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions

One round included. Additional revisions may incur fees.

5. Copyright & Usage

All content remains the property of Habitat Creative Sydney. Usage is granted for a single campaign only. Extended use requires licensing.

6. Client Responsibility

Properties must be ready at the time of shoot. Delays may reduce coverage or incur fees.

7. Payments

Invoices due within 28 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.
